Learn about our Services

  • Train year-round at our specialized facility designed for hockey players. Sessions focus on shooting, stickhandling, passing, speed, strength, mobility, and balance. Small group and private training available.

  • Develop both fundamental and advanced skating skills in private or semi-private sessions held during freestyle figure skating ice. These lessons focus on edge control, speed, balance, and precision, tailored for hockey players ages 8 and up. Our training approach is unique and based on modern hockey methods.

  • Small group sessions (2–4 players) held during Stick Time focus on skill development in a semi-private setting. These 45-minute lessons target shooting, stickhandling, passing, and game-related movement. Designed for players seeking extra ice time in a focused environment, this format offers personalized attention while keeping a competitive pace. Private lessons are not offered during Stick Time.

  • Early morning sessions designed for larger groups of 20–30 players, these practices focus on foundational skill development through high-repetition, stationary drills. Players work on shooting, passing, stickhandling, and edge control in a structured environment that emphasizes technique and consistency. While the format is less individualized than small group or private lessons, it offers valuable ice time for athletes looking to build core skills alongside peers.

Please note: This option does not include drop-in availability. A minimum 2-month commitment is required for participation.
